To visit Mary Ann and Clarence. He was Phil's first boss after college. They live in NW WI but enjoy the beautiful weather of Palmetto for three months. A truly gracious couple. Such a blessing to spend three days and nights at their place in FL.
On the road again Friday Feb. 8.
To the Red Barn Flea Market in Palmetto. We were thrilled to find a few things we needed.
Fish Fry at Anne Maria's Oyster Bar.
This heron is a regular visitor in their yard.
Visited Emerson Point Reserve.
Banyan Tree with above ground thick roots.
Also roots from the tree branches.
Interesting leaves.
Phil noticed an osprey.
Another guarding the nest.
What a treat to see a spoonbill. Love their pink color.
We stayed overnight again with Clarence and Mary Ann. In the evening we played 5 games of Sequence (Clarence made his own board). Guys won 3 of the games. We all had a great time with these dear friends.
