Opelika, Auburn and Tuskegee, AL 2/16/2014  We drained the RV antifreeze then to Opelika.
We attended Mass at St. Mary's in Opelika.  It is the oldest Catholic parish in Lee County.
We drove around Auburn University.
They are remodeling their Church.  They asked for people to come after the 11:00 Mass to help move chairs so the space would be open for the workers.
As we approached Tuskegee Air Base we saw signs that they had a special event yesterday.  We missed it but appreciated the special event we attended in Montgomery.

Looks about the same as during the 1940's.

We drove through Tuskegee University.  We thought we could go to the George Washington Carver Museum but it was also closed.  It gave the vinegar water we put in to sanitize our pipes a great agitation because we had to go over many speed bumps.  MANY.

Another view of the camp hosts trailer.  He is a very friendly guy as are all the people here.
I think he put these up.
I lost missed the sunset.  We are at Chewacla State Park again.  It's great to have running water again.
