We drove the observation raft across the waters. Over 10,000 gallons a minute gush from under the limestone, flowing continually all year at 45 degrees.
A slight detour to Lake Superior to take a Boat Cruise to see Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. We had a beautiful sunny day to see the different colors of the rocks.

Do you see the Indian Chief's profile?
The trees on the rocks have roots connected to the mainland.
The cliffs are colored in shades of brown, tan and green by the iron, manganese, limonite and copper.
