LAMBEAU FIELD, Green Bay, WI
On the road again (by car, not RV) Friday August 23, 2013 to Lambeau Field, Green Bay, WI for the Green Bay Packers - Seattle Seahawks football game.
We went to the game with our friends, Dave and Kristen.
We toured the Packer Hall of Fame.

During Packers training camp, players ride children’s bikes from the players’ locker room
to the practice field . . . and back after practice.
Dave let Donald Driver "use his bike" and rode along with him.

The "G" we love and know.
In 2011 when the Packers were going to be in the Super Bowl we were traveling to Florida.
Stopped at a gas station along the way.  I was so impressed that they had G  items for sale.
Then I realized they we're RED for Georgia!!!!
Dave made the Lambeau Leap.
Phil thought about doing the Lambeau Leap but decided not to.
Phil said he wore a helmet like this in high school  But his had a bar across the front.
Frozen Tundra Hat

Coach Vince Lombardi and the first two Super Bowl trophies.
Need to add in 1997 and 2010.

We have been PROUD Shareholders of the Green Bay Packers since 1997.
Kristen and Phil had Bloody Marys.
Cheese artist.
Mark Murphy, Packers President signing autographs for fans.

Rookie signing autographs for fans.
                                                              Midwest Shriners Game.

Dave and Kristen had it on their Bucket List to go to Lambeau Field.
I even saw them cheering for the packers
(They are big time Chicago Bear fans.)
Beautiful weather for a football game.
The new scoreboard and additional seating added this year.
Heading home.
It was a full day.  We left at 11:15 am.  Back home at !:15 am.  Great to go to a Packer game.
Too bad the Packers didn't win but losing to Seattle
won't hurt the standings at the end of the year like it did last year.
Since we travel I haven't had much of a vegetable garden.
Here are the goodies I got at the Farmers Market Saturday morning.
