Day 9 and 10 of our trip to Florida

Today started out with breakfast of scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc. At 9:00 Ellie attended a session "For Women Only". Phil used the time to compare notes with other Roadtrek guys about our RV's. Then he sat in on some of the "For Woman Only" session, it was pretty informative.

After lunch the Sheriffs K9 unit gave a demonstration of their dogs' abilities.

Bloodhound.

Very interesting program. I would not to be on the wrong side of those dogs!

Later for dinner we had prime rib and all the fixings, very tasty. Then we played card bingo. This was followed by an ice cream social.

On Friday we had our Goodby breakfast and our fellow Roadtreker's started to depart. We met so many fantastic people. Look forward to staying in touch and some time meeting up again.

We visited a while with some before they departed. We were eager to get tips from others of where to stay and what to see in FL

It was a foggy and misty morning.

By noon the sun reappeared.

We did not leave as we were staying one more night. We went out to eat at "Golden Krust" restaurant, a Jamaican place.

Phil had Jerk chicken with veggies, rice and beans and Ellie had Stewed chicken, with the same sides.

It was very good.

Later on we visited with the other people staying overnight, an enjoyable evening.

-Tomorrow we will be on the road again. Looking forward to new adventures.
