Wonderful bagpipe music again.

Inspect your arms.

Exiting Parliament Hill.

Honoring those who died in WWI, WWII and Korean War.

Jacques Cartier

It was 15 minute walk to the Canadian Museum of Civilization.

Crest of Canada.

40 foot tall totem poll in the Grand Hall.

Phil had Poutine for lunch. French fries, cheese curds and brown gravy. Don't tell his cardiologist. I had stir-fry chicken and veggies.

We watched a very informative IMAX movie about Van Gogh. Now I understand why he used so much yellow and blue in his paintings. He was an obsessive painter. The last 2 months of his life he did 90 paintings.

The vast country of Canada. Each province's history is detailed in this informative museum.

Cod fishermen.

Phil's great grandparents, many times removed, died in Hotel Dieu.

On the way back to our RV, we had a shower. It rained, it poured. Another adventure. Upon return I realized the cooler was on its side and some of the BBQ juice spilled on the bedding. So off to the laundromat.

We stayed at Walmart on Richmond Road in Ottawa.

Location:Ottawa, ON
