Texas, 2/2

On the Road Again Thursday Feb. 2 to the Alamo in San Antonio.





Long Barracks on the left....built using the remains of the original Barracks.


Arches and stone walls that surround the Alamo were built in the 1920's.





Daughters of Texas Library.

We enjoyed the River Walk.


Mariachi band played one song while we had lunch.

San Fernando Cathedral


Texan heroes are buried in the Cathedral.

















The official center of the city of San Antonio is in the center of the original Cathedral.


This rock is the center of the Old Spanish Trail from St. Augustine, FL. to San Diego, CA.
