On the road again Tuesday Jan. 27

 One last look at these amazing rock formations before we hit the road.

 Nice smooth road to the Interstate.

 Today was a day of driving....486 miles.  We haven't driven that much for a long time.  We stayed at Balmorhea State park in the desert flatlands of West Txas.  The San Solomon Springs feed this swimming pool.

 Look down the steps and see how crystal clear the water is.

 Two immense wings off the center portion of the pool.

 Swimmers can swim with the fish.
